What kind of sessions do you offer?

My primary photography sessions are Engagements, Families, Children of all ages (including newborns and high school seniors), and Professional Headshots. I also photograph corporate and social events.

What is your session fee?

Sessions begin at $400. Newborn sessions begin at $500.

What does the session fee cover?

• My time and talent on location

• My time and talent in post-production

• Up to 4 people in the session; $25 for each additional person

• Minimum of 30 strongest images from the session presented in an online gallery

How long is a typical session?

A typical session will last 60 minutes, but may be longer depending on the type of session you book. Newborn sessions, for example, typically last 2-3 hours.

What should I expect from a Kendra Joy Photography session?

You should expect a lot of activity – walking, running, skipping, tossing, snuggling and general fun.  Approximately 50% of the session will be candid and active while about 50% will include a little more guidance and posing.  And with kids, I find more success when parents don’t intervene in the session.  It’s best if the kids run and play while the parents watch from a bit of a distance.

How long after my session will I be able to view my proofs?

Proofs will be presented via web gallery approximately 2-4 weeks after your session.

I would LOVE to schedule a session, but I don’t live in the Pacific Northwest.  Are you available to travel?

Yes.  I am available to travel, but I require a minimum of 3 families in your area to book a session in order to do so and my travel costs are added to the session fee.  Give me a call and I will provide you with anything you need to talk to your friends about booking a session as well!
